From the North, South: take I55 to exit 92 which is the 6th Street exit.  Go north on 6th Street (which is also Business 55) for about a mile.  The Route 66 Hotel is on the northwest corner of the second light (St. Joseph Street) after you exit I55.  You will need to turn left onto St. Joseph off 6th Street to enter the hotel parking lot.

From the East, West: take I72 to exit 97B (this is the exit that you can go north or south on I55 also) which is the 6th Street exit.  Go north on 6th Street (which is also Business 55) for about a mile.  The Route 66 Hotel is on the northwest corner of the second light (St. Joseph Street) after you exit I55.  You will need to turn left onto St. Joseph off 6th Street to enter the hotel parking lot.
